Bailey was raised in the Wood River Valley and attended The Community School. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Des Moines, IA in 2002 and went on to get her BA in interior design at Iowa State University College of Design. Bailey is the Transaction Coordinator for the team and oversees all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. She also works closely with title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes. Bailey regularly updates and maintains communication with clients on important dates throughout the closing process. Bailey is a great communicator and a warm, friendly person to be around. Bailey is also the Agent Services Coordinator for Keller Williams Sun Valley Southern Idaho and can be found helping all the agents in the office on a regular basis. Her husband Bill and their two sweet daughters live in Hailey.
